Woofstock Silent Auction 2012

We’re pleased to host this year’s Woofstock Silent Auction to benefit Summit Assitance Dogs!

Whether you’ve been to a Silent Auction before or not, you’ll find it very simple to participate. Here’s all you do:

1. Upon arrival at Woofstock, fill out a Bidder Form which will assign you a Bidder Number.

2. Use your Bidder Number to to write in bids on any items you’d like. You can bid multiple times if you find someone has outbid you. All bids appear on the Bid Sheet in front of each item.

3. If you see something you absolutely MUST have, be the first to write in your Bidder Number next to the Guaranteed Purchase price of the item found at the bottom of the form. That will guarantee it’s yours!

4. Bidding will close at 3:00pm on Saturday, Dec. 1. All winning bidders who are not present at the close of the auction will be contacted by the end of the day. Wining bidders who are present may take their items home with them.
