Canidae is re-introducing its PURE line of mixed protein, Grain-Free foods. The new formulas feature fewer ingredients and fresh meat at the start of each ingredient list.
The new foods are expected to be available before the end of September and replace the current grain-free PURE line. This transition has resulted in shortages of the original formulas.
The reformulated PURE line includes:
PURE Elements– 10 ingredients including Lamb, Turkey meal, Chicken meal, Sweet potatoes, Chickpeas, Peas, Chicken fat, Menhaden fish meal, Potatoes, Suncured alfalfa
PURE Land– 7 ingredients including Bison, Lamb meal, Sweet potatoes, Peas, Chickpeas, Canola oil, Suncured alfalfa
PURE Sea– 8 ingredients including Salmon, Salmon meal, Menhaden fish meal, Sweet potatoes, Peas, Canola oil, Suncured alfalfa, Potatoes
PURE Sky– 8 ingredients including Duck, Duck meal, Turkey meal, Sweet potatoes, Peas, Chicken fat, Potatoes, Suncured alfalfa
The cat food formulas for PURE Elements and PURE Sea have been reformulated as well.
Pricing for the new foods is expected to be announced shortly. The Smiley Dog website will be updated with the new formulas once they become available.
