Curious about some of the results? Here is the consensus of some items and what we’re pondering to address based on your comments:
Speed of Checkout: bad, Bad, BAD! Yes, we’re in the doghouse and working on this. Really. We made some progress this year on speeding up credit card sales. We’re currently evaluating options that will allow us to help the line move more efficiently.
Heat in the warehouse: Brrrrr. Yep. Chilly. We’ve got some thoughts. And we’ll do some tests. We’ll eliminate the toxic options before Woofstock.
Silent Auction: This got mixed reviews. Some of you enjoyed it, but wanted shorter hours. Others didn’t appreciate it. We’ll take both perspectives into consideration as we plan next year. If it helps sway any of your opinions, the auction raised more than $500 for PAWS this year!
Vendors: Add more. With more items on display. And service professionals available for Q&A. We hope to do both.
