When the first email arrived, it immediately sent up an alarm. We had already begun having difficulties with email. Now a client was telling us she was not able to place an order on the website. This was followed by the discovery that our site had been hacked. And that was just the beginning.
Over the past 3 weeks, we’ve been chasing our tails while working through a collection of online challenges. Our email, website and shopping cart has repeatedly been disabled as a result of some unfortunate hosting issues. If this has inconvenienced your attempts to contact us, we sincerely apologize.
Fortunately, as of this weekend, the last of these issues have been resolved. We expect the result will be a faster and smoother experience when using our website or shopping cart.
As a reminder, if you have contacted us and not heard back, it most likely means we have not received your message. Email messages typically will be responded to before the end of the day, much sooner if we’re working at the desk. Voice messages are returned as soon as we’re off the road, and much quicker if you request an immediate response.
If you did encounter a bounced email, blank website screen or difficulty accessing the shopping cart over the past two weeks, we Thank You for your patience. It’s been a challenging process, but all has now been restored in a much more stable and reliable environment.
