Another month, another recall

Late last month, Nutro announced a limited recall of some of their Natural Choice Complete Care dry cat and Nutro Max dry cat formulas. This recall is a result of an imbalance in the vitamin/ mineral mix used for these production runs with a “Best Used By” date between May 12, 2010 and August 22, 2010. Complete details can be found on the Nutro site.

Puppy Mill case progress
A court date has been set for the criminal case against the owners of the Skagit county puppy mill owners. A judge recently ruled that a sheriff’s video of the property could be released, over the objections of the defense.

Lost Dog Seminar

Some of you may have had the pleasure of meeting Jenifer Streit at Woofstock last year.
