3. How soon would you like it? How soon would you like your first delivery?
In-stock items can normally be delivered within 72 hours (excluding weekends) if you live within the Standard Service Area. Special Orders can take 1-2 weeks. We’ll let you know how quickly we can get to you once you tell us your needs.
4. How frequently do you need it? How often would you like a delivery?
Do you know how long it takes to go through a bag of food or litter? That will become your interval between deliveries.
Not sure? No worries! Let us know your dog’s weight, and how many cups you feed each day. We can determine how long the bag of food you’ve requested will last.
You’ll receive a printed schedule showing when you can expect deliveries with your first order. You’re welcome to adjust this at any time as needed. Just give us a call or send a quick email and the adjustment is done!
5. How would you like to arrange payment? We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You can send this information to in whatever way is most comfortable for you:
Online: Create an account at our Shopping Cart or use our Secure Order Form.
If you create an account using the Shopping Cart, simply click on the Payment Update link to enter your payment details.
Either way, your card will NOT be charged when you submit payment information.
